**Balasaraswati - My Guru - An Interview with Smt. Nandini Ramani**
Nandini Ramani is a senior disciple of T. Balasaraswati and is the daughter of Dr. V. Raghavan, an illustrious scholar. Nandini has performed extensively borth in India and abroad. Also trained in vocal music from Prof. B. Krishna Murthy and later from T. Mukta. Acts and directs sanskrit plays under Samskrita Ranga founded by her father. Edited and published several works of her father. A former secretary of Madras Music Academy and a former Executive Board Member of Sangeet Natak Akademi, Nandini has received several awards. - Ed.
